The Vampire Wing Lift is an injectable procedure to change the appearance of the outside of the vagina. Made by Dr. Charles Runnels, the protocol affects the labia majora to give it a younger-looking appearance, while also raising its sensitivity.
The Vampire Wing Lift involves injection of Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP). For some patients, a filler like Juvéderm may be included. PRP is prepared from a sample of your blood, which is centrifuged (spun) to separate the PRP from the rest of the blood components. Blood derived growth factors stimulate labia skin cell renewal, which plumps and smooths the atrophied labia wings.
Juvéderm has hyaluronic acid, which provides volume, smooths the labia, and heightens the effects of the PRP.

The injections may cause some soreness in the vaginal area. The procedure may cause effects like bruising, swelling, and itching.
Labiaplasty is another procedure that alters the labia tissues for aesthetic purposes. Unlike the Vampire Wing Lift, labiaplasty is a surgical procedure involving general anesthesia and tissue removal.
While labiaplasty can also be used to change the minora labia, the Vampire Wing Lift may present fewer risks and less downtime.
